TLDR:
- Get max ether & 2nd nugget, sell para heal (for item space)
- Buy 15 X Acc, 3 X Special, 4 X Speed
- Do full Celadon Center skip & heal pad skip
- Tower -> Bike path -> Get candy, pp up, max elixir
- Use pp up -> Safari -> 20 items here -> Koga -> Candy x2 -> Silph (L41)
- mansion -> pickup carbos -> get blizzard -> get both candies

Issues/difficulties:
- Need to force max ether because no top hiker elixir. The resulting item management seems to force early koga as well...
- L41 for mansion = encounters on top floor (1%) and basement (5%)
- money issues: can force no 2nd nugget and 15acc,1spc,4spd via the following path: Do not buy para heals, buy 8 super repels and 2 super potions. Do not super repel on snorlax.
