Changes:
-Delay mud slap sell until goldenrod mart
-Buy 3 super potions instead of 4 (+700) and get the well super potion
-Buy 3 paralyz heals instead of 2 (-200)
-Sell all 5 poke balls (+500) in goldenrod mart
-Buy 1 x accuracy (-950) in goldenrod mart
-Spark rival 5's haunter
-Spark will's xatu
-Never double x special stall on koga's forretress
-Never strength stall on bruno's hitmonchan or hitmonlee
-Karen umbreon at above half health: x special x2, (x acc if sand attacked, full restore if confused), HP x2
	- HP+TS umbreon if used 2nd HP on muk

Implications/Reasoning:
-On the rare occasion you needed to pick up the well super potion on the old strat, you now need to get the hyper in ecruteak
-Using 3 paralyz heals on rival 2 is no longer a death
-Using 2 paralyz heals on rival 2 no longer picks up ilex full heal
-Save turns to never stalling in e4; eliminate hitmonlee swagger confusion and gengar lick paralysis
-Never swap/miss on karen due to sand attack
-Before you had a narrow hp window due to forcing under half then wanting faint attack non crit hits (only 75% per turn). This resulted in some full restores for murkrow, which loses a ton of time, or worse, dying to umbreon faint attack crit. These should be much less common since you're never forcing lower hp pre-fight
-1 spec koga and 2 spec karen means double spec blue. Single spec blue before due to double spec koga and karen meant taking a flamethrower which was a lot of damage + can burn you, meaning you had to full restore for red sometimes, and taking the flamethrower was 5 seconds slower than just spec on exeggutor

Bag Management Details:
-Still swap paralyz heals to 1 under x specials on rival 3
Going into E4:
Slot 1: Super Repel
Slot 2: X Special
Slot 3: Paralyz Heal
Slot 4: X Accuracy
Slot 5: Full Heal
Slot 6: Max Repel
Slot 7: Full Restore

Alternate Strat:
-Still sell mud slap in azalea mart
-Still buy 4 super potions (-700)
-Buy 4 antidotes (-100)
-Still buy 2 paralyz heals (+200)

-Sell ether in goldenrod mart (+600)
