- Buy tm07, 7 super repel, 4 super potion, 1 pokedoll, 11 x accuracy, 6 x special, 3 x speed
- If early drill buy 3 super potions, 12 xaccs, 5 xspecials

 
Fly Menu
- Swap slot 2 for TM07 (2 below Potion)
- Use Super Repel
- Teach Rockslide in slot 1 (3 Below Super Repels)
- Swap slot 3 for X Accuracy (2 below Pokedoll)
- Teach Fly (3 more down)
- Fly to Lavender
(If early Drill then swap slot 2 for tm07, use repel, teach rockslide, teach tm07, swap slot 2 for x acc then teach fly)
 
Teach TM07 over slot 1 if you haven’t already

Swap slot 3 (HM01) for Super Repel (2 Below Elixir) then use Pokedoll
 
Elixer in Silph Co. (2 below potions, slot 8)

- Repel
- Swap slot 5 for Rare Candy (2 Below X-Speed) then use Pokeflute

Post Cycling Road menu
- Use Repel
- Swap slot 6 (potion) for x special (2 Below Super Potions)
- Teach TM26 (6 Down, 2 below flute)
- Bike
 
Koga: Elixir Weezing (slot 8, 2 below X-Special)

Candy x3 (Slot 5)

Pallet Menu
- Use Super Repel
- Swap Helix Fossil (Slot 8, Down 5) with X-Speed (Down 5) then teach HM03 (Down 5, 2 below Flute)
- Surf 
 
Blizzard Menu
- Teach Strength to Squirtle
- Teach Blizzard to Nidoking in slot 4
- Use Repel
 
Elixer before Gio (Slot 6)

Get the Max Ether in Victory Road

Last Repel Menu: Strength, Triple input down to Max Ether, up 1 to Nidoking, up x2 to Super Repel, Bike

Use a Max Ether before Bruno (slot 4)

 Use Super Potion (slot 7, 2 below X-Speed) and rare candy (2 below HM03) before Agatha
 
Before Lance, elixer (slot 4), then heal to 127+ (supers slot 6, potions 3 further down)
