- Repel & Fly to Cerulean and go to the cave
- Do Dodrio Manip and Master Ball it
- Leave cave, swap Dodrio to first in party and fly to Cerulean
- Run to Route 24 cave and locate first Swinub
- Fly to Route 10, run to Rock Tunnel and locate second Swinub
- Fly to Mt Moon, hop ledges to the left and enter cave to locate third Swinub
- Leave cave and run south to Battle Tutor, teach HJK (Slot 2) & SD (Slot 4)
- Fly to Blackthorn, run to Ice Path and locate fourth Swinub
- Fly to Cherrygrove and surf north west to cave
- Locate pickaxe and use to locate final Swinub 
- Candy 25 times and fly to Vermillion
- Bum rush the gyms, see order;
- Surge: (Left side trainer) TA, (Surge) TA X2
- Jasmine: (Get Leftovers) HJK
- Whitney: (Trainer) TA, (Whitney) DP X2
- Brock: (Trainer) DP X2, (Brock) TA, HJK X2

- Repel, equip Leftovers and run through Victory Road to the E4
