Preperation:
Use rare candy on high leveled Pokémon, but not level 100 (i.e. level so that you can evolve 2 stage pokes)
STEPS
Once you get the rival name setup and glitch city setup ready, do the following.

0. Make sure box items = 0
1. Deposit a useless item
2. Deposit first 255 stack
3. Deposit a TMTrainer item ("4" item).
4. Toss desired amount from badges for pokemon to get.
5. Position 4848 like in LG-Fly.
6. Use 8 8, then press A to access PC
7. Go to toss menu.
8. Flash 4
9. Toss useless, then toss 255 stack until you get backed out of menu.
10. Exit PC
11. Get Encounter and catch it.
12. Repeat.
