Pokémon Gold Cynda ffff

new cynda manip that gets a perfect cyndaquil, but is 47 frames slower than the previous FDED manip.
Looked into different very good cyndas but they either have horrible IGT or no good NPC cues.

Normal intro, buffer start after elm cut scene and save on frame 30-37 (aim for Frame 33).
Continue on frame 143 on the practice rom.
