Yellow Late EQ route (The speed of this route is heavily dependent on useful criticals.  The late EQ part saves approximately 9.5 seconds and Rock Slide skip saves a minimum of 3.5 seconds without trolling plus 6 seconds per crit T-bolt.  Getting paralyzed due to the several para chances included from gastlies and arbok loses a similar amount of time.

Sell TM34 and Nugget in Vermillion
Always skip Rock Slide for moveset: Thrash, Horn Drill, Bubblebeam, Thunderbolt going into Lavender Tower
(This makes centering after Misty favorable)
Get the Max Ether after Rock Tunnel

Celadon item buy: 11 X accuracy, 8 X speed, 2 x attack, 3 x special (11/8/2/3)

If desperate to not rock slide skip, you can teach T-bolt over HA and wait to teach rock slide until after Lavender Tower rival, then use T-bolt, DKx2,T-bolt,Bubblebeam,DK on rival, then teach RS and HD in their own menus with RS over double kick and HD over RS

At Silph
Take the stairs to floor 5 (up 4 floors) grab the hidden Elixer in the planter and Thrash Arbok
X Acc+X Speed on rival like old ice beam strats
X Acc+Max Ether or Elixer (depending on bag) on J&J Weezing, then Drill, Drill, Thrash
X Acc+X Speed on Giovanni (so that Horn Drill affects Persian) then Drill, Drill, Bubblebeam, Drill
Take the elevator to floor 10 and grab TM26 (EQ) and the Rare Candy in that order, then Dig out

At Snorlax, use a Repel, swap up Rare Candies to slot 4, heal if necessary, teach EQ over Thrash, swap Elixers to slot 5, and Poke Flute
Safari Zone->Koga->Sabrina (old ice beam moves)
Elixer some time after the first juggler/before Koga
Bike to the water in Pallet so you can candy x3 in the bike menu menu
In the bottom corner of Pallet, Repel, swap up X specials to slot 5, teach Surf, and use Surf
Immediately after grabbing blizzard, teach strength, teach blizzard, and use a super repel
Blizz everything in Erika's gym
Elixer when biking to Giovanni's gym
at Viridian Rival, X Spec, Blizz, Blizz, T-Bolt, EQ, EQ, EQ
Elixer/Max Ether before Bruno or on Hitmonchan
