THE STRAT
- do silph before safari
- teach ice beam in slot 4 after celadon center
- rock slide growlithe
- 4 chances to swap x spec and speed:
	> poke flute menu
	> eq teach
	> pp up use
	> surf+strength teach
- teach eq (in slot 2) and use pp up in fuchsia
- repel upon entering safari, and then again right before it would wear off (lasts through koga's gym)
- repel after exiting fuchsia gym, then on second tile of mansion
- teach HM03 + HM04 and use candies in pallet

NOTABLES
- use old item management (4 poke balls + keep one)
- can't use normal fast scroll technique for second safari super repel (no available tiles while facing down)
- no consecutive input lag on blaine, blackbelt (unless leer) and agatha
- consecutive input lag on cubone (unless drill pp), viridian rival and bruno (yolo it anyway because drill is only ~15 frames slower)
