Finished a run using this guide, video seen here https://youtu.be/LBH2RUSxjbw is current WR with 2:00:48. Sub 2 still very free had 3 deaths overall in this one and one was on Lav rival caused by gen 1 that made slash not crit, its over 100% to crit but gen 1 miss essentially)

He came up with the redbar strats and has options to do a different order later in game (Silph, Sabrina, Blaine VS. Blaine, Silph, Sabrina).

Do regular Red Glitchless strats up to bills house SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW
 
#1 IF YOU USE ANTIDOTE IN FOREST BUY 1 ANTIDOTE FROM PEWTER MART (need it for Dugtrio manip to work)
#2 EARLY SHOPPING: 5 Pokeball, 7 Potions, (1 antidote if used forest)
	-Need 1 pokeball for the Dugtrio manip
	-Potions shouldnt run out unless you get really unlucky and once you get Dugtrio dont really need pots
#3 Teach Nidoking Thrash over MP (you wont need MP after last trainer before Bills House

Bill menu, use pot if needed, escape rope (save candy for trio)
 
Get IT then head to Dig Rocket
 
dig rocket - thrash (drowzee is range can run into death if unlucky) 

Get Hidden Full Restore in Underground
