7: Psychic (X Spec first if bad first roll)

Then Elixer before Bruno.

Saves 2 X Specials, adds 2 good crit opportunities, increases hit chance on Dewgong (but decreases on Piloswine)

NET: 0.6 seconds saved over old strat (so 2.1 seconds saved over Shock Wave route)
