Duel strategies a. Explain how each action will be achieved i. Fusions: Just do as many as possible each turn, until you have 15 ii. Cards used: Use/toss as many cards from your hand as you can iii. Face-down plays: Just set your trap normally iv. Effective attacks: Starting on the second turn (or first if no THTD), tack a weak monster to the end of your fusion v. Equips: Just use it (don't need to play monster you equip) vi. Pure magic: Just use it, or set it if you get it early in the duel so it isn't taking up space in your hand vii. Traps: Set it ASAP, then play a weak monster in the same manner you do for getting effective attacks vii. Turns: This will take care of itself UNLESS you toss the maximum number of cards each turn OR your magic is at the bottom. If either happens, just waste a turn. Use opponents # of remaining cards to track this b. Play the duel according to the above strategy V. What can go wrong a. Bottom-deck trap b. MBD, especially a late top-deck
