- Buy 2 Super Potions and 12/5/5 in Celadon (so one fewer Super Potion, two more X Specials)
- Skip hidden Tower Elixer

	> Take the stairs to 5F
	> Get the Elixer hidden in the plant (no extra steps)
	> Arbok: X Acc, Drill (X Speed if paralyzed)
	> Silph Rival: Normal strats, but RS Growlithe and Drill Zam (also note that Pidgeot is a speedtie)
	> Rocket: X Acc, IB, Drill, IB (Cubone does 25-30)
	> Use Elixer
	> Giovanni 1: Normal strats
	> Go to 10F and get TM26 + Rare Candy
	> Dig out
- Erika: IB x3
- Blaine: EQ Growlithe even if you get Super Potion
- Elixer on way to Saffron Gym
- Blackbelt: X Spec, EQ, TB, IB (91.4% EQ range; 76.4% IB range)

NOTES
- You level one Pokemon later throughout the Koga split, so you'll often keep red bar for an additional cry + death jingle:
	> L35: Alakazam
	> L36: Drowzee
	> L37: Rhyhorn (which can hit you into red bar for L38 jingle)
	> L38: Kadabra
	> L39: Muk
- Heal pad skip doesn't cost you a level-up jingle (also get L35 for Pidgeot if got Moon exp.)
- The turn on Cubone can be useful (Bone Club into red bar after Gyara low roll)
- You can Elixer on Nidorino if you need to take damage
- If you want to candy before Hypno, you can't combine that with an Elixer
