PRE-ROUTING
- Need to make decision chart for every spinner (and practice guessing how long a spinner has been facing a direction, like shuffle tracking!)
- Don't make niche strats that you won't practice (e.g., only optimal with 5 DV Attack and 12 DV Special, and saves 2 seconds)
- Probably just grind for early Poliwag?
- Save for Anthony/Rival 2/Whitney on god pace? It won't happen often, but good to have time/stat thresholds
- Learning/practicing late underground is important (you can't really justify early underground spinnerless because 24 for Bayleef)
- Save for Douglas
- Spinnerless is ALWAYS late underground. You can afford 2 X Attacks without doing anything extra ($40 left)
