To install camos efficiently:
1. Create a copy of iw_01.iwd in the main folder of Call of Duty Black Ops.
2. Rename it to iw_42.iwd
3. Open it with WinRAR/7-Zip and go into the images folder.
4. Ctrl+A and delete all images.
5. Put in all the camos you want
6. Done. To delete all your custom camos now, just remove iw_42 from the main folder, or delete it.
