Same ruleset as Any% Glitchless with the following exceptions:

(1) Using a Poké Doll on Marowak's ghost is not allowed.
(2) Using Flash to get through Rock Tunnel is required.
(3) Bike Shop Instant Text is not allowed.
(4) Using OHKO moves in combination with X Accuracy is not allowed.
(5) Hard resetting to manipulate luck is not allowed.


General idea being bans on things that a Kotaku commenter might think break the "intended" route (items 1 & 2) or otherwise cheapen gameplay (items 3-5; also 2 removes the obvious incentive for non-standard palettes). Trivialities such as digging in "unintended" places and jingle skips are allowed, because this a serious speedrunning category for serious speedrunners.
